We are excited to hire a high-performing Franchise Director to help us scale to 100 locations in 2026. This is a production-focused sales role for a disciplined closer who wants to drive growth and make meaningful impact. Advance qualified candidates through our defined franchise sales process Conduct structured discovery and qualification calls Drive franchise agreements to execution and funding Maintain CRM accuracy and weekly pipeline reporting Operate in strict compliance with approved FDD disclosures and pricing Inspire candidates around the mission, impact, and opportunity of serving the special needs community
