Du bekommst unser fertiges System, die persönliche Einarbeitung durch den Gründer & danach die Freiheit, den Kanal eigenverantwortlich zu führen und auszubauen. Aufgaben - Du identifizierst passende E-Commerce-Brands in unserem Zielprofil (Online-Shops im DACH-Raum, 1–10 Mio. € Umsatz, zyklische Konsumprodukte wie Supplements, Beauty, Food & Pflege). - Du sprichst Entscheider direkt an. Per Cold E-Mail und am Telefon. - Du legst qualifizierte Erstgespräche (Discovery Calls) und übergibst sie sauber ans Team. - Du führst und optimierst deinen kompletten Outbound-Kanal: Kampagnen, Leadlisten, Skripte, Sequenzen. - Du analysierst deine Zahlen, leitest Optimierungen ab und bringst eigene Ideen für Tests & neue Ansätze ein. - Du trägst direkt dazu bei, dass Mail Angel planbar wächst.
