• Ability to uncover client needs, identify opportunities, and confidently present solutions that align with client goals. • Investigating and resolving client concerns by collaborating with internal partners and conducting research as needed. • Maintaining detailed records of client interactions and ensuring all activities meet compliance and regulatory requirements. • Prepare documentation, complete client applications, process changes and review renewals.
Job Requirements
- Valid life insurance license (LLQP) with experience in the financial services industry, focusing on insurance and segregated fund products, financial planning concepts, and the regulatory environment.
- Ability to uncover client needs, identify opportunities, and apply sales skills to support client goals and drive results.
- Experience working with third-party insurance carriers is considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and resourceful in a dynamic environment.
- Professional, client-focused approach with strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and thoroughness.
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems and managing competing priorities.
- A Criminal Record and Credit background check is mandatory as a condition of employment.
- Bilingualism (fluent in French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.
