The Senior Specialist is responsible for identifying, recruiting, engaging, and expanding the network of professionals and organizational engagement in alignment with the Association's strategic goals. This position will serve as the Association's expert in dementia care practices and related products and services. - Support the development of, and delivery of Association (care) professional initiatives such as Project ECHO, Care Coaching, Conference strategies, CMP, Review Products, Rural Health Transformation and other related products and services. - Maintain expertise in the Association’s best practices of care for those in long-term and home and community-based care settings. - Lend expertise across Association departments and support the development of new best practices as appropriate. - Support the implementation and engagement of professionals through sharing information about products and services that may support care setting needs. - Manage and maintain relationships with care professional leaders using a relationship sales approach to grow the Association’s care professional program reach and revenue.
