Role Description A missão será estruturar e liderar de forma autônoma o mapeamento, a otimização e a transição (Gestão da Mudança) de processos de negócio, fluxos sistêmicos e bases analíticas em um portfólio de projetos críticos de transformação digital e tecnologia da informação. O candidato terá o protagonismo de traduzir a complexidade operacional e de sistemas em soluções fluidas, além de arquitetar e gerenciar a estratégia de mudança para mitigar resistências operacionais e de cultura, maximizando a adoção e o engajamento de colaboradores e clientes finais do banco. - Mapeamento e Engenharia de Processos: Mapear e documentar processos de ponta a ponta utilizando a metodologia BPMN (com ferramentas como Bizagi), desenhando fluxos focados em eficiência operacional, conformidade regulatória e governança de dados. - Automação e Digitalização: Traduzir os processos mapeados em recomendações de soluções digitais interativas, de rápida adoção e alta eficiência. - Gestão de Projetos: Conduzir as entregas e cronogramas de processos de forma estruturada, aplicando metodologias de mercado (tanto frameworks ágeis como Scrum/Kanban quanto práticas tradicionais baseadas no PMBOK). - Estratégia de Gestão da Mudança (Change Management): Liderar o diagnóstico de impactos organizacionais (mapeamento de stakeholders, análise de prontidão para a mudança), desenhando e executando planos estruturados de comunicação, engajamento e capacitação contínua dos times impactados. - Autonomia e Facilitação: Conduzir workshops, dinâmicas de cocriação, entrevistas com líderes técnicos e de negócios e apresentações executivas com independência e protagonismo. - Governança e Mitigação de Riscos: Garantir que as melhorias e processos sigam as melhores práticas de governança de Cadastro, dados e compliance, definindo KPIs de eficiência operacional e KPIs de adesão/sucesso da mudança operada. Qualifications - Sólida experiência profissional liderando mapeamento de processos de alta complexidade (BPMN/Bizagi) e governança de sistemas, dados e regras de negócio. - Forte histórico em gestão de projetos (tradicionais e ágeis). - Excelente capacidade de síntese e comunicação, sendo capaz de traduzir documentações técnicas de TI de forma clara para áreas de negócio, compliance e jurídico. - Nível extremo de protagonismo, proatividade e autonomia para liderar reuniões e direcionar soluções sem a necessidade de supervisão constante.
