• Define, document and execute functional, integration and automated test plans. • Ensure the quality of deliveries by identifying, logging and tracking bugs and defects. • Support the development team in requirements analysis, ensuring clarity and testability. • Validate new features, enhancements and fixes before production release. • Propose and implement continuous improvements to quality processes and testing practices. • Work closely with the Product Manager and developers to align expectations and ensure end-user satisfaction. • Monitor quality metrics and prepare reports to support decision-making.

• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js on the backend and React on the frontend; • Create and integrate efficient and secure APIs, ensuring smooth communication between the frontend and the backend; • Write high-quality code, performing unit tests and regular code reviews; • Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs, always seeking to improve the user experience; • Participate in technical and strategic decisions related to system architecture; • Mentor junior developers and contribute to the team's growth.

• Define, organize and prioritize the product roadmap • Gather and translate business needs into scalable solutions • Act as a bridge between business areas, technology and stakeholders • Monitor the product and feature development cycle • Track product indicators and metrics, proposing continuous improvements • Identify opportunities for automation, innovation and solution evolution • Conduct validations and tests with users • Facilitate communication among multidisciplinary teams
