Role Description The Donor Data and Insights Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing a multidisciplinary team focused on collecting, managing and activating donor and prospect data to create more personalized and impactful donor experiences. This role provides direction, structure and thought leadership across a variety of core service areas, including: - Surveys - Audience selection - Data hygiene and enrichment - Lead scoring - Marketing automation, including print fulfillment and email integration This role provides leadership for current donor insight programs while guiding the growth and maturity of advanced offerings such as predictive scoring, donor modeling, enrichment strategy and next-best-action activation.
