The ideal candidate is a performance marketing generalist with depth in paid channels and go-to-market experience who can operate across multiple channels and businesses with agility, while maintaining genuine depth in performance marketing. This role suits someone comfortable with ambiguity, takes full ownership, and is energized by turning early-stage challenges into scalable systems. We are specifically looking for candidates who can work with some overlap with the APAC timezone to support seamless collaboration with our teams. This role does not offer visa sponsorship. Candidates must already have the legal right to work in the country where this role is based. Responsibilities - Paid Campaign Management & Optimization: - Own paid digital marketing end-to-end across a portfolio of new ventures, from strategy through hands-on execution. - Run and optimize paid campaigns across the full mix, including Meta, Google Search, PMax, Demand Gen, LinkedIn, and TikTok, against real performance targets. - Manage and allocate paid budgets across the portfolio to maximize ROAS. - Monitor performance and acquisition metrics to identify scalable opportunities and continuously improve ROAS. - Setup, Tracking & Infrastructure: - Build the processes, tracking, and infrastructure that don't yet exist, getting newer businesses to a stable, scalable setup. - Set up and maintain tracking and measurement, including conversion pixels, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, and clean attribution. - Establish repeatable workflows and operating standards where the model is still being figured out. - Channel Discovery & Experimentation: - Build go-to-market strategies for paid acquisition campaigns, driving lead generation and consultation bookings for new ventures. - Test and scale high-performing paid channels to optimize customer acquisition. - Collaborate with product marketers and sales to align lead generation with enrollment targets. - Experiment fast and learn faster, bringing new approaches to how we plan, build, and optimize campaigns. - Stay current with digital marketing innovations and audience behavior to expand Crimson's acquisition capabilities. - Analysis & Performance Reporting: - Build dashboards and reporting infrastructure that make campaign performance, lead quality, and ROAS visible to internal stakeholders. - Analyze campaign performance, A/B tests, and lead metrics to surface optimization and scaling opportunities tied to business outcomes. - Leadership & Global Collaboration: - Contribute strategic ideas and support process improvement initiatives across the global digital marketing team. - Mentor team members on channel expertise, testing methodologies, and campaign optimization best practices. - Work closely with international, cross-market teams across different time zones to align on strategy and share best practices. - Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure local campaigns ladder up to broader business objectives. Qualifications - 3–5 years of experience in paid digital marketing, performance marketing, or demand generation. - Proven track record running paid campaigns with measurable lead generation and conversion results. - Hands-on experience across major paid channels (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more). - A startup mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving, and able to wear multiple hats without losing depth in paid. - Experience setting up marketing processes and tracking infrastructure from the ground up. - Bonus: Working knowledge of HubSpot (or similar CRM), conversion pixel setup, Google Tag Manager, and measurement tools. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. - Strong professional English, both written and verbal. Bonus Qualifications - Experience as an early digital hire at a startup or new venture. - B2B experience. - AI native marketer. Benefits - Rapidly growing start up, with a flexible working environment where you will be empowered to structure how you work. - Limitless development and exposure - our internal promotions/role changes made up 33% of all recruitment last year. - $1000 individual training budget per year, we love to ‘Level Up’ (it’s one of our core values)! - Psychologist on staff. - Insightful fireside chats and workshops to help support our high-performing and ambitious team. - Radical Candor is a feedback approach we live by. - We’re a global player with 28 markets (and growing) across the globe. Role Description We’re looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to build and run a thought leadership program that generates new business pipeline. This is a builder role: you’ll own the strategy and execution for creating inbound demand through content, paid channels, and industry association relationships. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Operations and Marketing, you’ll be measured on the metrics that matter most to the business — Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), marketing-sourced pipeline, and revenue. What You’ll Do - Develop and lead a thought leadership program that establishes Neighborly Software as a trusted voice in housing and community development, driving net-new inbound demand. - Own the demand generation strategy across content, paid media, email, webinars, and events, with clear accountability for pipeline contribution. - Build and execute multi-channel campaigns that convert awareness into MQLs and sales-qualified opportunities. - Cultivate and manage relationships with industry associations and partner organizations to expand reach, generate co-marketing opportunities, and build credibility within the public sector. - Create and program content — reports, guides, case studies, blogs, webinars, and speaking opportunities — in partnership with subject matter experts. - Manage paid acquisition channels (sponsored content, association media) and optimize spend against pipeline and cost-per-lead targets. - Build and refine a lead scoring program that prioritizes the highest-intent prospects, and partner closely with Sales to optimize the lead-to-sales handoff — ensuring lead quality, conversion velocity, and shared accountability for pipeline and revenue. - Define, track, and report on funnel metrics — MQLs, marketing-sourced pipeline, conversion rates, and revenue contribution — and use the data to continuously improve. - Manage the demand generation budget and vendor relationships to maximize return on investment. Qualifications - 5+ years of B2B demand generation or growth marketing experience, ideally in SaaS. - Public sector marketing experience — you understand how government agencies buy and what motivates public sector and community-serving organizations. - A proven track record of building inbound demand programs that deliver measurable MQLs and marketing-sourced pipeline. - Experience developing thought leadership and content programs from the ground up. - Hands-on experience managing paid channels and analyzing performance against pipeline goals. - Familiarity with cultivating industry association and partner relationships for marketing reach. - Strong command of marketing technology — marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics tools. - Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into compelling content. - A data-driven, pipeline-focused mindset and comfort owning revenue-aligned goals. Nice to Have - Experience marketing to housing, community development, grants management, or related government program areas. - Background working closely with sales teams in a pipeline-accountable role. - Experience at an early- or growth-stage company where you wore multiple hats. Benefits - Comprehensive Benefits – Medical, Dental, Vision plan options and Company-Paid Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance - 401K Contributions – Generous employer match with immediate vesting - Generous Time Off – 5 weeks of PTO, 9 paid holidays, and 3 days of volunteer time off each year
