• Estimating incoming tenders, contract administration and negotiation • Submission of timely payment claims, invoices and collection of monies due • Entering subcontractors' quotations into our system and other data entry tasks • Aim to increase the margin on a project by 2% once the tender has been awarded • Complete value engineering with clients and subcontractors/suppliers • Negotiate contracts with subcontractors • Preparing and completing comprehensive project handover to the Project team once a tender has been awarded • Management of variations and ensuring final accounts are rendered on a timely basis • Fostering relationships with key industry stakeholders, contractors and internal staff • Proactively supporting your team with upskilling in estimating, tendering and quoting for contracts • Preparing material take-off based on plans and specifications and applying appropriate material and labour rates • Procurement and subcontractor agreements • Monitoring and maintaining profitability on all contracts • Progress payments to clients on time and provided to meet the contractual terms of agreement • Reviewing contractual documents and providing visibility of any abnormal terms or conditions prior to engaging in untenable conditions • Sourcing and forming new relationships with Subcontractors • Project Cash flow, negotiating terms that suit the business • Ensuring subcontractor payments are in line with client payments • Minimizing the business risk by managing the cash flow • Providing visibility to any risk items discovered within tender documentation • Preparing monthly reports on live projects, where they sit cost-wise, procurement risk, and variations to date.

• Identify, evaluate, and track potential bidding opportunities • Review and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) packages • Prepare complete cost estimates including quantity takeoffs, labor, materials, equipment, tools/consumables, transportation, and temporary living arrangements • Solicit, evaluate, and analyze subcontractor and vendor quotes for integration into project estimates • Conduct site visits to verify scope, drawings, and logistical considerations • Lead turnover meetings with Project Managers for successful bids • Support Project Management in pricing change orders and additional work • Maintain estimating software and cost history databases

• Prepare Estimates & Tenders - Develop accurate cost estimates, tender submissions and pricing based on specifications, drawings and client requirements. • Build Bills of Materials & Pricing - Create detailed BoMs, source supplier pricing and estimate labour to ensure accurate and competitive project costing. • Support Design & Quotations - Assist with system design, equipment selection and translating client scope into clear, compliant and complete quotations. • Manage Quoting Across Projects - Prepare quotes for tenders, D&C projects, minor works and ad hoc requests while managing multiple deadlines. • Collaborate with Stakeholders - Work closely with Sales, Design, Project Delivery, suppliers and clients to gather information and ensure alignment. • Maintain Processes & Documentation - Follow tender processes, manage RFIs and documentation, update systems (e.g. ConnectWise) and contribute to improving workflows.

• Prepare detailed, accurate, and fully defensible restoration estimates remotely for multiple branch locations and brands. • Write estimates for residential, commercial, and large-loss projects across all restoration service lines. • Develop estimates utilizing field documentation, photographs, moisture readings, drying reports, sketches, invoices, subcontractor documentation, and supporting records. • Ensure estimates accurately reflect the approved scope of work while maximizing all justified and supported billing opportunities. • Produce estimates that comply with current pricing databases, carrier guidelines, TPA requirements, and company estimating standards. • Audit submitted scopes, documentation, and estimates for technical accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
