Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: - High School Diploma/GED or higher and three (3) years of customer service experience; AND In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required: - Three (3) years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - Three (3) years of experience working in a customer service, healthcare, insurance, reimbursement, or order management environment. - Experience interpreting payer requirements and managing documentation processes. - Experience working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
