Role Description Ищем junior 2D-художника для отрисовки ассетов мобильной 2D-изометрической игры в стилистике clean industrial semi-realism. Проект связан с современным производством: чистый цех, промышленное оборудование, трубы, контейнеры, панели управления, сотрудники предприятия и простые игровые UI-элементы. - Отрисовывать 2D-ассеты для мобильной игры: оборудование, окружение, пропсы, продукцию, персонажей и простые UI-иконки; - Соблюдать единый визуальный стиль ассетов: палитру, уровень детализации, масштаб, ракурс и характер материалов; - Рисовать объекты в 2D-изометрии или псевдоизометрии, чтобы они корректно смотрелись на игровой сцене; - Упрощать реальные промышленные объекты до понятных игровых форм без потери узнаваемости; - Готовить ассеты технически корректно: PNG на прозрачном фоне, аккуратные края, понятные названия файлов; - При необходимости готовить PSD-файлы со слоями, особенно для персонажей под дальнейшую костную анимацию; - Вносить правки по комментариям арт-лида/геймдизайнера и работать по списку ассетов. Qualifications - Уверенное владение Photoshop, Krita, Clip Studio Paint, Procreate или аналогичным 2D-инструментом; - Понимание слоёв, прозрачности, масок, экспорта PNG и базовой подготовки игровых ассетов; - Базовое понимание перспективы, объёма, светотени и читаемости формы; - Умение работать по референсам и не уходить самовольно в другой визуальный стиль; - Навык аккуратной отрисовки простых объектов: ящики, панели, техника, трубы, контейнеры, элементы окружения; - Готовность рисовать не только персонажей, но и много предметных ассетов для производственной сцены; - Умение воспринимать правки спокойно и доводить ассет до нужного результата. Requirements - Опыт рисования ассетов для мобильных игр; - Примеры изометрии, 3/4-объектов, техники, промышленного окружения или props в портфолио; - Базовое понимание Unity-ассетов, Spine, DragonBones или Unity 2D Animation; - Опыт подготовки персонажей под cutout / bone animation; - Умение быстро делать несколько вариантов одного ассета в рамках одной визуальной системы. Characters - Персонажи должны иметь нормальные, слегка стилизованные пропорции без chibi-формата и крупных мультяшных голов; - Одежда: современная спецодежда, каска, защитные очки, перчатки, рабочая обувь, светоотражающие элементы; - Для персонажей желательно уметь готовить PSD со слоями: голова, каска, торс, плечи, предплечья, кисти, таз, бёдра, голени, стопы; - Части тела должны иметь перекрытия в местах суставов, чтобы персонажа можно было дальше анимировать через кости; - Поза для подготовки: спокойная 3/4 A-pose или relaxed pose под изометрию.
