Customer Success Architect

Akeyless Security

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of Akeyless solutions, guiding customers through architecture design, integrations, and best practices. • Serve as a trusted technical advisor, building strong relationships with customers and supporting adoption, expansion, and overall success aligned with their business goals. • Troubleshoot complex technical issues, provide guidance on DevOps, security, and cloud-native environments, and support integrations, automation, and infrastructure design. • Translate customer requirements into scalable and secure architectures, while recommending best practices and optimizing usage of the Akeyless platform. • Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and R&D to ensure successful deployments, resolve challenges, and represent customer needs internally.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years in a technical customer-facing role (CSE, TAM, Solutions Engineer, Professional Services, etc.)
  • Strong experience with: Kubernetes, Docker, Linux, and Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience supporting or implementing SaaS or security products.
  • Ability to combine technical depth with customer-facing communication.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Advantage: Experience in Cybersecurity, DevOps, or DevSecOps environments.
  • Knowledge of: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), PKI / Certificate Management, Encryption / Key Management (KMS, HSM).
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), config management tools.
  • Experience with scripting or programming (Python, Bash, etc.).
  • Background in pre-sales or solution architecture is a plus.
