Loan Boarding / Service Release SME
Consolidated Analytics, Inc.
Role Description The right candidate is a substantially-seasoned mortgage servicing "Service Release SME", and "Loan Boarding SME" that can manage all aspects of the loan boarding division including: - Loan boarding - Loan de-boarding - Acquisition boarding - De-boarding - Managing the loss mitigation "in-flight" transfers both in and out of the portfolio - Leading the division in all required activities, processes, and tasks General Duties and Responsibilities: - Must be able to work on California PST scheduled hours, required - Responsible for handling and managing the servicing release of loans, sending goodbye letters, reviewing outages, and balancing each transfer - Review all requests for boarding & funding for approval, completeness & accuracy - Enter critical data and information for reporting purposes gleaned and/or translated from the Credit Approval Document, Loan Documentation Checklist, or other documents which supports governmental, regulatory, GL and management reporting - Set up all entities, including borrowers, co-borrowers, and guarantors in the mortgage servicing system - Ensure CIS records have been established prior to funding the loan for all parties to the credit - Determine causes of rejected items and process corrections - Balance work and prepare appropriate GL entries to various cost centers as required - Requires strong Excel knowledge with intermediate expertise to perform regular Hlookup, Vlookup, and any other organizational boarding file prep - Append and manage large volumes of data from multiple sources via Excel or other loan boarding- / service release-related systems - Strong project management skills and organizational skills managing large volumes of servicing transfers in a short period of time - Basic SQL understanding related to servicing queries and data extractions or entry level knowledge and editing Benefits - Medical Insurance - Dental Insurance - Vision Insurance - Life & Disability Insurances

• Serve as Enertis Applus’ lead advisor on interconnection strategy for wind, solar, BESS, hybrid projects, large electrical loads (data centers, industrial campuses), and behind-the-meter or grid-connected microgrids • Advise clients on interconnection feasibility, queue and study risk, cost exposure, schedule drivers, and mitigation strategies for both generation and large-load interconnections • Provide guidance on grid integration of co-located generation and load, islandable microgrids, and multi-technology power systems combining renewable, storage, thermal, and backup generation assets • Support clients evaluating dedicated generation supply for data centers, private transmission solutions, or hybrid grid/behind-the-meter configurations • Monitor and interpret evolving ISO/RTO rules, NERC requirements, IEEE standards, and utility criteria impacting renewable interconnection as well as large load integration and reliability requirements for critical infrastructure • Track implications of standards such as IEEE 1547/2800, NERC reliability frameworks, large-load connection requirements, and emerging reliability standards tied to high-density electrical demand • Serve as internal authority on grid reliability and system stability considerations for high-impact load clusters and hybrid generation-load systems • Represent Enertis Applus as a recognized authority on grid integration of renewable generation, storage, and emerging high-density loads such as data centers • Author whitepapers and advisories on grid capacity constraints, transmission access strategies, and evolving power-system architectures driven by electrification and digital infrastructure growth • Define IE/OE technical standards for interconnection facilities, POI substations, and large-load substations, private transmission assets, and microgrid interface designs • Develop evaluation frameworks for hybrid generation-load systems, microgrids, and reliability-critical facilities • Serve as escalation point for complex discussions involving large-load interconnection, dedicated supply strategies, grid reliability for mission-critical facilities, and hybrid power system design
