Role Description The Freddie Mac (FHLMC) Reconciliation Consultant will review and reconcile the mortgage servicing organization's FHLMC accounts. - Perform Freddie Mac monthly reconciliations and completion of Required Monthly Forms utilizing MSP standard reports. - Confirm the correct daily, weekly, and monthly processes to identify and clear any discrepancies. - Understand the Freddie Mac Reconciliation Bulletin 2025-2, issued 2/12/25, to ensure accurate loan-level records and eliminate inaccurate edits. - Reconcile each data element included in the monthly Freddie Mac Trial Balance report within 30 days after the end of each Accounting Cycle. - Prepare a separate monthly reconciliation for each unique Seller/Servicer number using the online version of the new Guide Form 75 or an exact replica. - Provide Freddie Mac with a copy of the completed Form 75 and supporting documentation for up to one year from the date of the related reconciliation worksheet. - Perform reconciliations and establish written procedures to support Servicer adoption of the portfolio reconciliation process from March 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026. - Understand that Freddie Mac will waive contract noncompliance and change compensatory fees if actions are taken prior to July 1, 2026. - Be aware that data corrections identified through the monthly portfolio reconciliation process will incur contract noncompliance and compensatory fees starting July 1, 2026. Qualifications - Must have "hands-on" Mortgage Servicing/Mortgage Banking Account Reconciliation experience in the Freddie Mac FHLMC domain. - Must be able to create and provide training documentation to support adoption of the revised reconciliation process. - Teach the revised reconciliation process to client staff. - Assess staff's ability to re-reconcile prior reconciliations with inaccurate edits. - Determine the time required to teach staff to re-reconcile previously submitted reconciliations or complete the reconciliations themselves. Role Description This role supports the EPIC program, a large-scale initiative to transition from a highly customized version of LoanServ to the industry-standard SaaS platform. The position blends data warehouse development with business analysis and project support, requiring a strong understanding of both data systems and operational processes. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. No C2C - corp to corp, No 1099, No W9. Location: This is a remote position, but travel to Oklahoma City will be required throughout the project. Bonus: You will receive a sign-on bonus of $500.00. This bonus will be paid out on the paycheck following the pay period in which you complete 90-days of employment. You will also receive a $500.00 bonus upon completion of the project, including any extensions offered by the client. There is a 6-month project minimum to receive the bonus, and you must remain employed through project completion. This bonus will be paid out in your final paycheck with the company.
