System IT Manager, Pharmacist
Baptist Health System KY & IN
• Provide counsel to the System IT Director- Pharmacy Applications related to the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and development of BH IT functionality in accordance with strategic initiatives • Work with the appropriate executives and managers, physician representatives, support staff and hospital staff to implement processes and technologies as supported by Baptist Health (KY) • Develop and cultivate working relationships with key stakeholders in support of BH’s IT strategic priorities • Participate as needed on hospital/BHMG based groups and facilitate communication between operations and the IT Director. • Provides counsel to IT Director on short- and long-range strategy related to processes and technology that will impact operations within Baptist Health. • Directly assist in the development and maintenance of Baptist Health’s long-range IT strategy.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD with 5 years' job-related experience required or minimum of four years direct experience in lieu of degree
- Minimum of three years related experience with supervisory and/or project management experience required
- Pharmacy and Epic experience preferred
- Active Kentucky and/or Indiana pharmacist license required
