• Lead a team in performing attestation engagements • Interact with key client management to gather information, resolve examination-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements • Use examination results and analysis to develop recommendations in accordance with Yellow Book requirements • Assist with business development activities of the firm • Develop, plan, and implement a comprehensive test plan • Manage and supervise the execution of complex examinations • Manage project resources, status reports, and related project management tasks • Develop examination reports to present findings with recommendations • Meet or exceed targeted billing hours and monitor the budget

• Interact with key client management to gather information, resolve audit-related problems, and make recommendations for business and process improvements • Document comprehensive understanding of client financial and operational processes • Use the audit results and analysis to develop recommendations in accordance with Federal Accounting Standards for improving compliance, effectiveness, efficiency, and accountability • Perform testing of financial statements, accounting reports, and internal controls • Compile and analyze data • Research Accounting issues • Document business processes • Identify and communicate auditing matters to senior associates and managers

• Evaluate the interim and final financial statement packages for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles. • Perform substantive testing of individual account balances and significant internal controls as necessary to render an opinion on the financial statements. • Independently performing a major segment of an audit, directing, and instructing the work of junior auditors. • Review completed work and direct revisions as necessary. • Make decisions on routine accounting, auditing, and reporting matters with the assistance of the manager and partner. • Regularly assigned on audit engagements in the capacity of senior auditor. • Prepare audit reports in accordance with GAGAS that are free of any mathematical, clerical, and grammatical errors.

Job Description We are seeking an Audit Manager with strong knowledge of Government Auditing Standards (GAS) to join our growing Audit Practice. Reporting directly to the Senior Manager and supervising a team, this position offers a great reward for an individual who is analytical, organized, and client-oriented. As an Audit Manager, you will be required to execute the following tasks for our Federal Government client(s) : Lead a team in performing attestation engagements. Qualifications Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting; Master’s Degree in Accounting preferred Minimum of 5 years relevant experience; minimum of 2 years of Federal Government Audit experience with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role. Security Clearance: Must be able to pass a basic government suitability check (US Citizenship required Three (3) years of management experience in Medicare cost report auditing, settlement, and reimbursement.
