Qualifications - 15+ years of related experience in Power & Grid applications, including power generation systems, renewable energy development, and transmission and distribution (T&D) engineering solutions and services. - Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience. - Professional Engineer registration preferred. - Strong foundational knowledge of electrical distribution, grid automation, energy management, and digital technologies. - Proven experience working with utilities, independent power producers (IPPs), and renewable energy developers. - Demonstrated ability to interpret and respond to RFPs/RFQs and develop technically sound, customer-centric solutions. - Skilled in conducting technical presentations, leading discovery workshops, and aligning solutions with customer-specific needs and strategic objectives. - Ability to articulate the big picture and position Schneider Electric’s value proposition within the broader energy transition. - Highly motivated, results-driven professional with a history of leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
