Boeing's Enterprise Services organization is seeking a Strategy Development Senior Manager to join their Operational Excellence & Transformation team in a virtual/ hybrid capacity. We are looking for an experienced Manager to support our transformation journey. This person should be curious, and be able to lead large-scale, critical projects/ initiatives related to organizational strategy, mergers & acquisitions, business process and policy and procedures. Experience with Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Acquire-to-Retire (A2R) processes is ideal. You will also perform as a Lean leader within our Operational Excellence team and the wider Enterprise Services function. You will lead Lean activities and workshops around concepts, tools, and techniques such as Value Stream Mapping (VSM), process mapping, the Boeing Problem Solving Model (BPSM) and Accelerated Improvement Workshop (AIW). Whether directly leading, coaching and developing your team, or indirectly managing other teams, you will ensure that they all embody our curious, bold, kind culture, a simpler, faster, better mindset, while at the same time instilling a high performing team ethos. Position Responsibilities: Strategy Development: • Working extensively with the Enterprise Services Executive Director, you will understand the key ES strategies to action, be able to develop plans, influence key stakeholders by leveraging key insights, & lead execution activities • Support M&A activities as needed, ensuring timely completion of key activities linked to integrations & divestitures • Thrive in ambiguous and complex environments - add structure and thought leadership to yield positive outcomes • Create value with new solutions, some of which may challenge status quo in established processes/environments • Represent Enterprise Service in key forums People Management: • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.
