Job Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Modeler to lead the design and alignment of the global data model for the Veeva Network platform as part of our 2026 implementation. This role will be instrumental in defining how accounts, contacts, and hierarchies are structured and governed across all markets, ensuring data consistency, integrity, and compliance. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in data architecture, metadata governance, and stakeholder collaboration, with experience working in complex CRM and MDM environments. Key Responsibilities Design and maintain the global data model for Veeva Network, focusing on Accounts, Contacts, and Hierarchies. Define which CRM fields are included/excluded from Veeva Network and their categorization (e.g., auto-synced vs. steward-reviewed). Analyze region-specific or dual-purpose CRM fields to align with appropriate Veeva Network attributes. Ensure harmonization of data definitions and model structure across all markets. Collaborate closely with global data governance teams and the Global DDO for Customer Contact. Establish stewardship and governance rules within Veeva Network for controlled data flows. Qualifications Ability to interpret and align complex global and regional data requirements. Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills. Exposure to CRM platforms like Veeva CRM or Salesforce. Optional Skills and Competencies Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry. Understanding of regulatory requirements for customer data in global organizations. Experience working with the Global Data Domain Owner (DDO) framework. Proficiency with data modeling tools and platforms such as ER/Studio or SAP PowerDesigner.
