• Own the activation funnel: Rebuild the submission funnel end to end, instrument every step, and run a real experimentation loop, including A/B testing and re-engagement for users who exit without submitting. • Scale acquisition channels: Figure out which channels actually acquire users on both sides (lifecycle, SEO, AEO, paid, mobile ads) and build the machinery to scale the ones that work. This includes agentic optimization: how Alt ranks and shows up in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other assistants. • Fix the data + attribution foundation: The unlock for everything else. Stand up clean attribution, consolidate our product analytics into a single source of truth, and modernize our messaging and deep-linking stack so we can finally tell what's moving the needle. • Build lifecycle infrastructure: Turn push, in-app, email, and SMS into an owned, instrumented system rather than per-campaign setups, including SMS opt-in compliance. • Balance the marketplace: Watch the balance across bidders, buyers, and sellers, and build growth into the weak side.

• Participate in the design, development, testing, documentation, and deployment of sophisticated products. • Utilize outstanding problem-solving skills and attention-to-detail to participate in the analysis and design of integrated solutions. • Assist in the gathering, review, and analysis of requirements. • Participate in code and design reviews and technical presentations to cross-functional staff. • Track and support multiple simultaneous activities. • Identify and implement appropriate testing strategies. • Assist with SQA efforts for development of test methodologies/programs. • Identify and drive improvements to current development processes, architectures, and infrastructures. • Propose framework & opportunities for system enhancements. • Support changes and enhancements from initial development to product deployment. • Handle special projects, as required, to completion. • Participate in a self-directed, multi-disciplinary team environment. • Collaborate with project team members and SQA representatives.

Build the experience and what's behind it — LLM-backed flows, retrieval (RAG) and embeddings, and agentic tool-calling — through to a fast, accessible, well-crafted UI. • Treat AI output as something you verify, not assume. Build evaluations, guardrails, and monitoring into AI features so quality is measurable and holds up in production. • Sweat the front-end craft. • Stay close to customers. Join customer calls when more context is needed to design the right solution, participate in a support escalation rotation, and watch session recordings on the features you own. • Own outcomes, not just output. • Co-author the solution.
