Role Description The Sponsor supports a diverse set of corporate goals across the organization by conducting technical risk assessments and providing technical risk mitigation guidance on the use of various enabling technologies. The Sponsor requires subject matter expertise in technical risk analysis of: - IT systems and networks - Mobile and wireless networks - Cloud-based computing - Network management platforms - Communication protocols - Scripting or programming products - Configuration scripts - IT hardware and software products The Sponsor also requires software development to maintain an online infrastructure, evaluating and extracting relevant data, web development, and software coding. Responsibilities - Design, deploy, and optimize a VMware Horizon-based VDI environment using vSphere and Cisco HyperFlex, including Android emulation, golden image management, and GPU virtualization. - Architect and maintain a scalable, secure VMware Horizon-based VDI platform. - Manage and optimize Cisco HyperFlex hyperconverged infrastructure, including compute, storage, and network stack, to support the VDI environment. - Design, optimize, and manage golden images (Windows 11 and Linux). - Create and maintain standardized images for virtual desktops, ensuring they are optimized for performance and security. - Implement GPU virtualization to enhance the performance of Android emulators used within the VDI environment. - Implement automation workflows for desktop deployment and updates. - Develop and deploy automation scripts and workflows to streamline the provisioning and updating of virtual desktops. Requirements - TS/SCI FSP Clearance - Demonstrated experience in VMware Horizon, vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter - Demonstrated hands-on experience with hyperconverged systems, particularly Cisco HyperFlex, to support the VDI environment - Demonstrated hands-on experience with server environments including Windows (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP) and Linux (CentOS and Ubuntu) - Demonstrated experience with Teradici technology and PCoIP protocol optimization Desired Skills - Demonstrated experience collaborating with cybersecurity teams, Sponsor or otherwise - Demonstrated experience engaging in continuous improvement related to identifying opportunities for enhancing network and endpoint security measures and implementing innovative solutions to improve overall security posture - Demonstrated experience providing training and support - Demonstrated experience participating in audits and compliance reviews, as it relates to systems engineering - Certifications: VCP-DCV, VCAP/VCIX, MCSA/MCSE, or TOGAF Company Description For more than 20 years, NewGen Technologies has solved our clients' toughest IT challenges with integrity, security, and outstanding service by delivering both technology and talent. • Develop and maintain smart contracts, on-chain logic, and services connecting platform components to blockchain capabilities • Contribute to the blockchain developer tooling layer (MCP servers, chain APIs) supporting AI Agent and platform teams • Collaborate with the team lead and senior engineers on technical design • Own feature implementation from design through testing and deployment • Participate in code reviews and write automated tests • Maintain quality across on-chain and off-chain components • Troubleshoot transaction failures, contract interaction issues, and integration bugs across distributed systems • Document implementation details and contribute to technical diagrams as needed

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for backend services. • Perform API, functional, integration, and regression testing. • Validate asynchronous messaging workflows and distributed system interactions. • Test applications and services hosted on AWS. • Collaborate closely with developers to embed quality throughout the software development lifecycle. • Identify, document, and track defects while assessing production risks and edge cases. • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives. • Promote automation best practices and contribute to improving testing processes across the team.

• Ability to break down solutions conceptually into testable components and develop plans for testing, verification and validation. • Identify solution risk areas and develop test harnesses that fit into the SDLC • Utilize tools and test harnesses to accelerate current testing practices • Work with Engineering team to evolve testing practices to improve coverage, ensure compliance and accelerate timelines • Demonstrate test coverage with test solutions above • Integrate test practices into CI/CD solutions that generate metrics and visibility • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing using solutions above • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. • Foster an open-minded approach with regards to test tools and approaches • Identify, document, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA). • Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Continuously improve testing processes and strategies to enhance software quality. • Identify inconsistencies in requirements including key responsibilities, skills or qualifications
