Manager – Innovation and Transformation
Kitco Metals Inc.
• Drive strategic innovation and transformation initiatives in the space of AI, RPA & Data Science • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of application developers • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and develop innovation strategies • Monitor industry trends and provide insights for new initiatives • Identify areas of opportunities for cost savings within the team • Provide technical leadership on application architecture • Promote a culture of continuous improvement using agile methodologies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 10+ years of experience in application development & transformation roles
- 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role
- Proven experience managing software development teams
- Strong expertise in solution & technical architecture principles & philosophies
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, Docker, Kubernetes
- Knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and database design
- Experience in RPA, Data Science & other cutting edge technologies/platforms
- Fluent in English
