• Own Enterprise Sales Cycles: Lead opportunities from prospecting through close, navigating multiple stakeholders, managing long sales cycles, and negotiating enterprise agreements. • Build the GTM Playbook: Help define our messaging, sales process, and customer engagement strategy as we continue to scale. • Influence the Product Roadmap: Be the voice of prospects, customers and partners back to Product, Engineering, and Ops. Your conversations in the field should shape our roadmap. • Represent Vega: Show up at industry conferences, executive seminars, client meetings, and key associations as a credible, senior face of the company • Build Behind You: Develop the playbooks and mentorship structures that turn your individual success into a repeatable growth engine as the team grows

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a track record of closing enterprise accounts
  • Proven enterprise sales experience: You’ve consistently closed complex B2B deals, managing long sales cycles, and know how to navigate multiple stakeholders to get deals across the finish line.
