Job Summary This job involves collaborative design and development of software solutions that meet business objectives. It includes system requirement analysis, application customization, and assisting with software updates. It also involves mentoring junior engineers, ensuring quality with Quality Assurance, and providing technical leadership on routine projects. Responsibilities - Support and maintain existing IGA platforms (e.g., SailPoint) including system health, performance tuning, and issue resolution - Troubleshoot complex production issues related to user lifecycle, provisioning, role management, and access reviews - Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions for recurring incidents - Partner with development, security, and operations teams to support secure, compliant identity services - Monitor and report on IGA service metrics to ensure SLAs and business expectations are met - Manage routine tasks such as role reviews, access certifications, rule updates, and policy enforcement - Document processes, workflows, technical configurations, and known issues - Provide support for application onboarding and ensure adherence to existing standards and governance frameworks - Participate in audits, compliance initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts Qualifications Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent work experience - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) within a large enterprise - Working knowledge of IGA platforms such as SailPoint IdentityIQ, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID - Experience supporting identity lifecycle automation, user provisioning, and access review processes - Familiarity with integration standards (e.g., REST APIs, SAML, OAuth) and identity-related protocols - Experience with troubleshooting Java-based connectors and scripting in BeanShell, PowerShell, or JavaScript - Strong understanding of RBAC, policy enforcement, and audit/reporting mechanisms - Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced production environment - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills - Strong documentation and process orientation Desired Characteristics - Experience maintaining large-scale SailPoint environments - Experience supporting Zero Trust or least-privilege initiatives - Experience participating in security audits or regulatory assessments Comcast is an equal opportunity workplace.
