Patient Services Coordinator

If you’re looking for a place where your work truly matters, where you’ll be encouraged, respected, compensated, and celebrated, we’d love to meet you! - Maintain an 80% conversion rate of all inquiry calls to PVN’s - Develop and accomplish a lead generation plan, meeting or exceeding monthly or annual targets - Identify targeted leads in order to start sales process and report accordingly - Target new patient business using demonstrated sales experience - Generate new patient business as well as: - Making calls to Prospects who did not convert to a new patient according to the approved call protocol. - Making calls to Patients who did not convert to Ablations according to the approved call protocol. - Making calls to Patients using the Recall Plan report. These patients are due for a follow-up appointment and the PSC’s research to ensure the follow-up appointment was kept and that the next appointment is scheduled according to the treatment plan. - Meet or exceed sales objectives in converting leads to PVN’s - Instill confidence with customers through clear and effective communication - Ensure that proper input of demographics and insurance information is entered into NextGen when scheduling new patients - Add value to each call by securing additional patient appointments as prescribed by the Doctor in the treatment plan. - Call internet inquiries daily to schedule new patients per approved protocol. - Call no shows/cancellations per approved protocol. - Ensure Tasks are worked and completed daily. - All other duties as assigned Qualifications - Sales experience, to include demonstrated experience successfully converting sales leads - Inside sales experience a plus - Four years of experience delivering outstanding customer service - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and computer skills - Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent - Bilingual strongly preferred Requirements - Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM PST; 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST

Role Description Provide telehealth therapy and support services for adults experiencing mental health and/or substance use challenges. You'll be part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team while delivering services remotely via secure platforms.
