Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree with 5+ years experience in BAS technical support OR a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years experience in BAS technical support
- Excellent time management skills
- Technical in-depth understanding of BAS network protocols (including BACnet/IP, BACnet/MSTP, BACnet/ Arcnet , Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU , Lonworks , and N2)
- Strong working knowledge of remote connection methods and best practices.

Role Description The Supervisor for RCM QA (Payment Posting) is responsible for the oversight of payment posting performance, quality assurance, and process optimization across multiple practices, including vendor-supported and offshore teams. This role ensures timely, accurate posting of insurance and patient payments, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
