Role Description We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Bilingual Membership Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective members, driving patient enrollment into our premium concierge medical services. You will manage both inbound and outbound communication campaigns, nurturing leads through our sales pipeline while building trusted relationships with patients. Key Responsibilities - Lead Outreach & Management: Conduct inbound and outbound calls in alignment with campaign objectives to drive patient enrollment into concierge services. - Pipeline Management: Active management of the sales pipeline from initial contact to final enrollment, ensuring no lead is overlooked. - CRM Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, detailed notes and ensure all pipeline stages are completely transparent within the GoHighLevel CRM. - Relationship Building: Build strong rapport with prospective members, effectively emphasizing trust, value, and the unique benefits of concierge medicine. - Objection Handling: Confidently overcome objections with empathy and strategic, clear communication to ensure a smooth path to enrollment. - Reporting: Collaborate closely with management, providing regular reports on call outcomes, pipeline status, and key enrollment metrics. Qualifications - Strictly Bilingual proficiency is required (English and Spanish). - Remote (Open to candidates based in Mexico). - Experience with GoHighLevel CRM (pipeline and scheduling management) is highly preferred. - Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, and Hint Health billing systems is a strong plus. - Proven track record in sales development, cold calling, prospecting, or healthcare/concierge medical enrollment. - Exceptional active listening, empathetic objection handling, and strong organizational skills.
