• Develop advanced training modules and educational materials that enhance clinical proficiency and user satisfaction • Communicate effectively and persuasively with clinical end-users • Document meticulously and provide detailed reporting on application implementations • Adapt clinical applications to customer-specific workflows and operational requirements • Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and clinical outcomes • Provide expert clinical and technical guidance during system implementations • Build strong relationships with radiologists, radiographers, clinicians, and key stakeholders • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, quality standards, and Philips policies throughout implementation activities

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medical Imaging, Radiography, Biomedical Engineering, Healthcare Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or minimum 3 years with a Master's degree, in Clinical Applications, MRI, Clinical Sales, Sales Support, Business Development, or a related healthcare technology field
  • Strong MRI clinical knowledge and understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows
  • Experience delivering clinical training, customer education, or application support
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
