Qualifications - Ausbildung als Versicherungskaufmann/-frau und/oder ein Studium in einem passenden Bereich, z. B.: Betriebswirtschaftslehre (BWL), Wirtschaftsinformatik, Versicherungswirtschaft / Risk & Insurance, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Studiengänge mit Fokus auf Versicherungswesen. - 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter:in im Versicherungsumfeld, idealerweise in einer Unternehmensberatung oder einem Versicherungsunternehmen. - Idealerweise Kenntnisse in Geschäftsprozessmanagement (GPM), Digitalisierung, Workflow- und Inputmanagement, Lean Management oder in der Prozessoptimierung. - Erfahrung in Versicherungsprozessen und Verständnis, wie man komplexe Abläufe effizient gestaltet und nachhaltig implementiert.
