• Manage medical and surgical ICU patients and practice at the top of their license • Obtain a medical history, physical exam, document findings, and prepare a plan of care • Order medications and appropriate tests/procedures • Attend, participate in and contribute to group/practice meetings • Develop policies and procedures and quality improvement initiatives • Work tele-critical care from home
Job Requirements
- Acute Care Board Certified
- Minimum of three years of recent critical care experience practicing as an NP or PA
- Actively working in a critical care setting
- Strong clinical expertise in the management of critically ill patients
- WI & IL licensure required
