Job Description
Advanced Practice Provider – Weekend Shift
One to One Health
• Provide direct and indirect patient care • Evaluate and treat, managing acute health problems using evidence-based protocols • Create and implement appropriate treatment plans under the supervising physician • Participate in virtual acute care and medical expertise with appropriate follow-up • Provide pharmacological treatment, including prescribing medications through electronic prescribing systems • Refer patients to specialty care with an emphasis on appropriateness and value • Follow up on labs, imaging, and closed-loop communication with other providers as needed
Job Requirements
- Completion of an accredited NP or PA program
- Active Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant license in Tennessee
- Prescriptive authority
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience
- BLS certification
- Willingness to work 2x 12-hour shifts every Saturday and Sunday (Example shifts: 7a-7p or 11a-11p ET)
- Ability to type at 65 words per minute (preferred)
- DEA license (preferred)
- Multi-state licensure (preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced urgent care or acute care environment (preferred)
