Senior Software Developer
OneStream Software
• Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions • Lead cross-functional design discussions and ensure alignment with technical vision • Write and maintain high-quality code in C#, VB.NET, .NET Core, and related frameworks • Refactor legacy code and improve test coverage through unit and integration testing • Participate in and lead code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and quality • Mentor and support both senior and junior engineers on best practices and design patterns • Facilitate onboarding for new team members and promote knowledge sharing • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, QA, DevOps, and UX teams • Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools • Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues • Stay informed of new technologies and guide technology adoption decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 12+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in C#, .NET Core, VB.NET, ASP.NET, Blazor, and web-based technologies
- Deep knowledge of Azure/AWS, including configuration of elastic pools, VMs, key vaults, and storage accounts
- Proven experience delivering production software through multiple release cycles
- Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and microservices
- Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, NUnit, xUnit)
- Demonstrated ability to debug and resolve complex customer-reported issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
