• Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions. • Lead requirements gathering and analysis for major initiatives and epics across payment, tax, and compliance domains. • Identify and champion process improvements and operational efficiencies. • Analyze complex business needs across payment processing, tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and international market expansion. • Create comprehensive business requirements documents, detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and business process documentation. • Analyze and optimize payment processing workflows across multiple providers (Stripe, PayPal) and international markets. • Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS requirements and international payment regulations (GDPR, PSD2, etc.). • Actively participate in all agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. • Mentor junior Business Analysts and team members on analysis techniques and best practices.
