Administrative Assistant

• Provides detailed, organized hands-on administrative support using established, transparent, systematic procedures for the 988 Lifeline executive leaders and their teams • Conducts scheduling and calendar management support for the 988 Lifeline executive leadership • Supports the 988 Administrative Manager with all 988 Lifeline executive leadership credit card account reconciliations • Collaborates with the Finance team according to Finance protocols and monthly deadlines • Collects receipts, codes and reconciles monthly credit card statements for the executives • Delivers travel logistics support for the executives, including flights and hotel accommodations • Organizes and tracks all executive travel on the 988 administration team’s Asana board • Takes meeting minutes and distributes
Job Requirements
- 2 - 3 years of experience as an assistant or related position
- Associate’s Degree, with coursework in Business Administration required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred
- Certified Administrative Professional or related credential is a strong plus
- Advanced skills with MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom and other platforms

Role Description We are hiring a Part-Time Bilingual (Spanish) Medical Assistant to join our Oscar Primary Care team. You will provide support/assistance to a Care Team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) providing care to patients. Responsibilities include: - Collecting all relevant medical information from patients - Performing administrative tasks relative to practice and patient needs This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours minimum per week, 30 hours maximum. Working hours will be between 7am - 10pm EST depending on needs. This is a remote/work-from-home role. You must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia.
