• Process incoming referrals from Fibro/eHealthy, LeadingReach, and Phreesia platforms. • Receive, review, accept, process, schedule, and close referrals accurately and efficiently. • Schedule patient appointments within the NextGen EMR system according to provider preferences and scheduling guidelines. • Enter and verify patient demographics and insurance information in the NextGen EMR system. • Communicate internally by sending messages and tasks through the NextGen EMR system. • Maintain professionalism and excellent customer service when interacting with patients. • Follow established scheduling protocols to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately. • Assist with inbound phone calls during periods of high call volume.

• Support Northstar’s Commodity Sales Rubbish/Waste to Energy team by developing, implementing, and managing solutions for regulated waste streams • Independently own the development and implementation of regulated waste and hazardous waste solutions for client locations • Review, assist, and validate waste profiles to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations • Act as an internal subject matter expert on hazardous waste, e-waste, and regulated waste solutions • Partner with Client Services team to scope, price, and implement compliant waste solutions • Participate in client-facing calls to support technical discussions and solution design • Collaborate with disposal vendors to ensure proper handling, transportation, and disposal methods • Identify opportunities to optimize cost, improve compliance, and expand service offerings • Support documentation requirements including waste profiles, manifests, and compliance-related materials • Stay current on regulations impacting waste handling and disposal • Interact cross-functionally with the Audit & Regulatory team as required • Occasional travel, up to once per quarter, is required

• Enter and manage orders in ERP systems with complete and accurate details • Create and maintain item records within the system • Validate all order components for accuracy, completeness, and compliance • Attach and verify artwork files and approved proofs • Create replenishment quotes for Account Director (AD) approval and process orders upon approval • Manage production from order receipt through billing • Coordinate with vendors, decorators, and internal production teams • Issue purchase orders and confirm inventory availability and production timelines • Identify, escalate, and resolve discrepancies • Manage open order lines and ensure timely resolution • Track orders and provide updates to client-facing teams and/or clients • Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution • Conduct billing research and support order closure • Support resolution of open order line issues • Manage quoting, production, and execution for replenishment products with AD/AM approval • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for e-commerce order setups

Role Description Positions in this role are responsible for Women’s Health/ Gender Dysphoria/ Genetics clinical reviews and require a current, unrestricted RN nursing license in the applicable state. Individual is responsible for performing pre-service clinical coverage review of outpatient Women’s Health/ Gender Dysphoria/ Genetics services which require notification or requested pre-determination, using applicable benefit plan documents, evidence-based medical policy and nationally recognized clinical guidelines and criteria. Primary Responsibilities: - Perform clinical reviews, which require decision making related to interpretation of state and federal mandates, applicable benefit language, and consideration of relevant clinical information. - Ability to make appropriate clinical decisions within a business environment. - Serve as a member of a team with specific individual and team performance metrics. - Communicate in writing and verbally, all forms of benefit determinations including decisions regarding coverage guidelines, contractual limitations and reimbursement determinations. - Work independently and collaboratively with Medical Directors and other business partners. - Flexibility to adapt to changing environment and varied case volume. - Other duties as assigned by leadership. Qualifications - Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of Tennessee. - 3+ years of RN patient care experience. - Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Products including Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel. - Reside in Tennessee. Requirements - Bachelor's degree (preferred). - Background involving utilization review or experience in case management, or previous experience with clinical claim review (preferred). - Familiarity with utilizing clinical guidelines (i.e.; Medicare, state, MCG or InterQual) (preferred). - Proven solid clinical judgement while applying medical necessity based on approved clinical resources (preferred).
