Role Description We are seeking an experienced STIBO STEP MDM Architect with 10+ years of experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and strong expertise in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM implementations. The ideal candidate will lead the design, architecture, and delivery of scalable MDM solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and drive end-to-end implementation using industry best practices. Qualifications - 10+ years of MDM experience with hands-on expertise in Stibo STEP MDM/PIM - Experience leading multiple end-to-end Stibo STEP implementations - Strong knowledge of Product, Customer, and Supplier data models - Expertise in solution architecture, configuration, workflows, business rules, and data migration - Experience with integrations, data governance, and technical design - Excellent customer-facing, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Company Description

The Solution Architect will serve as a strategic bridge between sales and execution, leading technical enablement for major lighthouse and incubation projects within the segment for new solution offers and full-portfolio approaches.
