Incident Response Engagement – Lead

• Lead and manage all phases of the incident response lifecycle — including scoping, containment, eradication, and recovery — across moderately complex, multi-system environments. • Serve as the primary point of contact for Cowbell Claims Team, breach counsel, Incident Response providers, and policyholders throughout active engagements. • Oversee the work of digital forensics and incident response providers, ensuring timely and accurate analysis of affected systems and environments. • Identify and actively manage scope creep across concurrent engagements, maintaining project timelines and stakeholder alignment. • Schedule, organize, and moderate the briefing of complex forensic findings into clear, actionable reporting tailored to technical, legal, and executive audiences. • Operate with an understanding of Attorney-Client Privilege and Work Product Doctrine, ensuring appropriate handling of sensitive investigation materials in coordination with legal counsel. • Collaborate cross-functionally with claims adjusters, underwriters, and external partners to support accurate incident documentation and coverage determinations. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of Cowbell Resiliency Service’s incident response methodologies, playbooks, and tooling.

Job Requirements

  • 4–6 years of hands-on DFIR experience, with meaningful exposure to the cyber insurance ecosystem
  • Demonstrated experience managing the scoping, containment, eradication, and recovery phases of cyber incidents.
  • Proven track record leading moderately complex, multi-system incident investigations, with strong project management skills and an ability to identify and control scope creep.
  • Ability to operate effectively within legally sensitive environments, including an understanding of Attorney-Client Privilege and the Work Product Doctrine.
  • Strong consulting and communication skills, with experience presenting forensic findings to mixed audiences including legal, technical, and executive stakeholders.

Role Description Provides real-time teller assistance to members from a centralized location through video transmission via the Interactive Teller Machine (ITM). Performs a variety of financial transactions. Provides professional, prompt, and courteous service and respects the confidentiality of members. Directly responsible for the supervision of daily teller activities and reconciliation of ITM checks clearing through the Federal Reserve account. Responsible for balancing all Loomis serviced machines on a rotating schedule. Essential Functions & Responsibilities - Assists tellers with daily activities such as check approvals, locating and correcting errors, and resolving member-related questions. - Monitors and communicates any technical problems with the machines to management. - Shares duties with the back-up Head Teller for reconciliation of the Loomis cash vault and ATM/ITM Keystone drawers for Loomis serviced machines. - Places semi-weekly currency orders and replenishment schedules for Loomis serviced machines. - Works with multiple software programs concurrently to complete transactions, control lane lights, and to control ITM functionality. - Compiles statistical data for the Loomis machines for use in data analysis to determine patterns, transaction volume, and currency replenishment needs. - Maintains the over/short log for the department to be used for statistical data as well as a resource for other departments for dispute and error resolution. - Performs ITM transactions/sessions to accommodate member traffic. - Responsible for the development of positive working relationships within the department in order to provide quality service to the membership. - Attends Head Teller meetings as scheduled and relays information to the department manager and fellow employees as needed. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. Performance Measurements - Maintain a cohesive, highly trained, motivated staff sufficient to meet daily demands. - Ensures that all tellers are providing friendly, professional, personal service to all members. - Must maintain the Quality Loop average of the current year's corporate goal. - Promote a sales culture within the branch by example. - Coach and develop employees to identify cross-sale opportunities. - Keep management informed regarding key operating issues affecting the branch. - Supports credit union growth by recognizing opportunities to promote Credit Union products to meet members’ needs. - Consistently demonstrate leadership qualities when dealing with staff members and complete tasks in allotted timeframes by exercising effective time management.
