Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time
Two Chairs
• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) • Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations
Job Requirements
- Licensed in Idaho as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
- At least six months of teletherapy experience
- Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
- Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training
- Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
- Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation
- Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board
