Job Description

Mental Health Therapist – Part-Time

Two Chairs

• Deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients (18+) • Maintain a caseload of 7-20 attended ongoing therapy and consult sessions per week • Use data to drive effective treatment and adjust your approach based on client progress • Collaborate with other mental health providers as needed and refer clients when appropriate • Maintain progress notes and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state regulations

Job Requirements

  • Licensed in Connecticut as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Minimum of two years of clinical experience with adults (18+)
  • At least six months of teletherapy experience
  • Available for 8-24 hours per week, with 85% of time in client sessions
  • Available during regular business hours for a minimum of 1 hour per week during the first 6 weeks for training
  • Proficient with clinical assessments (e.g., PHQ-9) for tracking client progress
  • Willingness to be trained in clinical assessment, differential diagnosis, and DSM-5 criteria for diagnostic evaluation
  • Experience utilizing an electronic health/medical record system to document progress notes, treatment plans, etc.
  • Must be licensed and in good standing with your governing licensing board

Role Description Hedepy is building Central Europe's largest online psychotherapy platform, with 1,300+ active therapists. Demand for therapy is growing faster than we can keep up, which makes therapist capacity our single biggest bottleneck and this one of the most important roles in the company. You'll own the whole funnel: finding therapists, getting them through interviews and contracts, and activating their profiles so they can see their first clients fast. Today that means mainly therapists; as the platform grows, increasingly other specialists too. You'll join a lean, highly automated Community team (Head of Community plus one Czech Community Manager), and within three months we expect you to run the whole workflow on your own.
