POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior Data Analyst leads the end-to-end data lifecycle—from designing complex queries to presenting predictive insights to executives. They are responsible for identifying trends that drive revenue, optimizing operational efficiency, and mentoring junior team members. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Technical Solution Development: - Provide leadership and oversight for data warehouse projects, from planning and design to implementation and support. - Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions for data reporting and analytics. - Develop, create, and modify query-based dashboards, reports, KPIs, and advanced analytics to support decision-making across the organization. - Stay current with advancements in data warehousing, business intelligence (BI) technologies, and analytics to bring innovative solutions to the team. On-Call and Technical Support: - Be available for on-call support as assigned by the manager, providing prompt assistance to resolve data reporting and database-related issues. - Provide technical advice, assistance, and training to users, helping them understand and utilize data reporting tools effectively. Documentation and Best Practices: - Document and maintain standard operating procedures, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for the data warehouse team. - Ensure that best practices for data management, storage, and retrieval are followed across all data warehouse projects. Additional Responsibilities: - Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the department’s and organization’s goals.

• Own portfolio performance analytics (core) • Define and maintain portfolio performance KPIs across credit, profitability, and risk. • Perform cohort/vintage and segmentation analysis by credit score, LTV/CLTV, DTI, lien position, documentation type, occupancy. • Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting that clearly explain what changed, why it changed, and what to do next. • Monitor and report portfolio concentration limits and emerging risk exposures. • Conduct gap analyses across investor guidelines and product types.

• Leading technical delivery for a set of state partners: breaking down roadmaps into well-scoped tickets with owners and deadlines, coordinating handoffs across data, engineering, and product teams, and keeping the team unblocked and on track • Assessing technical feasibility of state initiatives early and often, and partnering with State Engagement and Product Management to determine technical timelines and inform the product roadmap • Monitoring team capacity and triaging incoming work, flagging resource gaps or at-risk timelines to functional leads before they become blockers • Analyzing criminal justice datasets to surface insights, and presenting findings to internal and external stakeholders to drive impact • Partnering with State Engagement, Product Management, and Software Engineering to bring data models and analyses into production software

• You are primarily responsible for Activation & Onboarding analytics, while also helping optimize the customer journey through Retention (e.g., upsell, fintech, retention). • Meet regularly with Activation & Onboarding stakeholders to deeply understand their data needs and translate technical metrics and analyses into actionable recommendations to drive business impact. • Develop and maintain core Post-Sales data models and pipelines using SQL and dbt to ensure data accuracy and reliability for all reports. • Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in our BI tool (Sigma) to track key Post-Sales KPIs, providing the Activation & Onboarding and leadership teams with the insights they rely on. • Own and maintain weekly business review (WBR) source files and underlying data pipelines, ensuring business leaders receive validated, goal-aligned reports.
