• Prepares and assembles medical record documentation/charts for physician • Ensures medical record compliance by self-documentation attestation • Updates patient history, physical exam, and other pertinent health information in the patient • Prepares and sends all documentation to physician for review and approval via authentication of detailed data entry and facility-specific procedures • Monitors the duration of basic lab results and screening procedures • Complies with hospital and medical facility policies, including those relating to HIPAA and Joint Commission • Performs other clerical duties and tasks to improve provider productivity and clinic workflow as assigned • Demonstrate understanding necessary to assess, review and apply criteria

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or healthcare-related role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
  • Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
  • Desktop/Laptop with at least i3/Ryzen3 processor and 8gb of Ram

About The Opportunity Just The Pill seeks a dynamic, passionate, and values-focused Executive Director to lead our fully-remote abortion care and sexual health clinic.  This role calls for a grounded, relational leader who can hold vision and strategy while delivering quality, people-centered patient care and maintaining a healthy, sustainable workplace. Just the Pill - Executive Director - Key Roles and Responsibilities Team Leadership and Strategy - Translates Just The Pill’s mission, vision, and values into priorities, goals, and strategies. Fosters shared accountability and responsibility across the organization for providing safe, inclusive, and high-quality patient care. - Manages the day-to-day operations of the organization, including directly supervising three direct reports, creating and enacting standard operating procedures, and measuring progress on the organization’s strategic goals.  - Develops and implements systems for identifying, tracking, monitoring, and reporting on key metrics, progress towards goals, and effectiveness of strategies.  Regularly assess whether services and operations are aligned with stated values and strategic intent. - Ensures regulatory and safety compliance across the organization, including working with the Medical Director to maintain all medical credentialing, certifications, licensure documentation, and quality assurance. - Ensures digital systems and tools are used in ways that protect privacy, trust, and safety.
