• Educate clients about Medicare benefits and coverage options. • Assist with plan enrollment and transitions. • Conduct plan comparisons and provide recommendations. • Ensure compliance with Medicare regulations and deadlines. • Effectively manage inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume sales environment, while maintaining professionalism and accuracy. • Maintain accurate records and documentation. • Provide excellent customer service to resolve issues and answer questions.

Job Requirements

  • Holds valid health insurance license.
  • Can provide proof of release or intent to release if previously or currently appointed elsewhere.
  • Current plan year AHIP certification.
  • Understanding of sales and ability to generate revenue.
  • Capability to contract and become RTS (ready-to-sell) with either all 3 main carriers (Aetna, Humana, and United) OR 2 of the main carriers plus 1 ancillary carrier (UHOne and Heartland).
  • Comfortable operating in a metrics-driven environment with expectations around sales performance, and call compliance.
  • Ability to work in compliance with CMS Federal regulations.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Must be authorized to legally work in the United States without sponsorship.
