• Develop and establish a future-proof QA and testing strategy for secure, stable, and scalable platforms. • Take ownership of test automation, QA tools, and their integration into modern CI/CD pipelines. • Define and optimize testing approaches such as end-to-end (E2E), API, unit, and performance tests, as well as test data management. • Work closely with Engineering and Product to ensure quality from the outset. • Establish group-wide quality standards and create transparency through metrics and reporting. • Drive improvements based on incident analyses and post-mortems. • Own the quality assurance of a neo-broker platform built on AWS, Java, Angular, and Flutter. • Lead and develop a distributed team of 5–8 QA engineers. • Promote ownership, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement. • Position QA as a driver of quality, speed, and innovation.

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience as a QA Manager, QA Lead, or Head of QA, ideally in a dynamic environment with multiple products.
  • Solid knowledge of test strategies, test automation, and QA platforms.
  • Proven experience defining and implementing test strategies across multiple teams.
  • Practical experience with modern engineering practices and test frameworks, particularly CI/CD, agile software development, and shift-left testing.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to support team members' professional and personal development.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to communicate effectively with QA teams, developers, and leadership at all levels.
  • Passion for building high-quality products that users can trust.
  • Experience in the financial or FinTech sector and a solid understanding of the financial industry.

The role includes: - Release materials to Product Center. - Ensure materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality performance and are not irregular or damaged. - Record and maintain control of inventory items purchased and produced. - Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures. - Perform tasks that may impact health and safety in the workplace. - Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. - Perform a variety of complicated tasks and may direct and lead the work of others. - A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
