Role Description MATRIX is seeking a part-time QA/QC Specialist that inspects materials and products for conformance to specifications, using fixed or preset measuring instruments. The role includes: - Release materials to Product Center. - Ensure materials and products are in accordance with established tolerance levels for quality performance and are not irregular or damaged. - Record and maintain control of inventory items purchased and produced. - Ensure compliance with established internal control procedures. - Perform tasks that may impact health and safety in the workplace. - Rely on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. - Perform a variety of complicated tasks and may direct and lead the work of others. - A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
