Role Description HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE - Own and evolve enterprise-critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle, applying a first-principles mindset to challenge legacy workflows and drive toward simpler, more scalable, and outcome-driven solutions. - Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows across the entire transactional lifecycle. - Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to define automation, system enhancements, and integrations that amplify human performance. - Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues, measure performance, and continuously refine processes—embracing adaptability and iteration as core to delivering sustained impact. - Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation (e.g., SOPs, swim lanes, process narratives) to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and sustained adoption across the organization. - Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into all process design, balancing automation, human amplification, and governance to ensure solutions are both innovative and durable. - Act as a final decision-maker for process design standards within assigned domains, ensuring alignment across business units and systems. - Lead cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and compliance to drive adoption of standardized, enterprise-wide workflows. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive experience in the functional area with demonstrated ownership of large-scale process transformation initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. Requirements - Deep and detailed understanding of functional area operations and processes. - Demonstrated experience in process analysis, workflow design, and leading process improvement initiatives. - Experience working with title production systems (e.g., Ignite, FAST, SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, Qualia, or similar platforms). - Excellent analytical, communication, and process documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex workflows into clear, actionable insights. - Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced, evolving environment. - Proficiency with process mapping and data tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, Excel, and data visualization platforms). - Demonstrated digital mindset with a high degree of adaptability—comfortable challenging legacy processes, embracing change, and leveraging technology to reimagine how work gets done. • Lead critical strategy workstreams: Drive top-level "where to play / how to play" investment decisions, owning the modeling & strategic recommendations behind new product lines, licensing, and other structural bets. • Drive corporate development: Lead diligence on M&A opportunities and build proactive acquisition theses & target lists across Tilt’s markets. Own investor-relations strategy and execution. • Set the agenda on ambiguous problems: Take on cross-enterprise operational issues with no clear owner or precedent. Independently frame the problem, lay out and test hypotheses, build the analysis, and drive implementation of the best solutions. • Own high-impact business operation efforts: Lead initiatives within and across markets that build synergy and economies of scale across Tilt’s portfolio, from annual planning to executive reporting, reducing complexity and driving clearer ownership & visibility. • Support international expansion: Contribute to new-market selection, entry strategy, and resourcing decisions; from idea to launch execution.

• Conduct reviews, analyses, and reengineering of business processes to align with the JTMS materiel solution. • Conduct BPR related activity required as part of the systems engineering process to support mapping, use case development, end-to-end process modeling, and detailed functional and system requirements decomposition as part of specified and approved IT system design, development, and modernization activities. • Collaborate with stakeholders, including USTRANSCOM, JDDE, and other JTMS contractors, to ensure accurate process capture, validate requirements and gain stakeholder buy-in. • Support the identification and documentation of gaps between current processes and solution capabilities for COAs to the customers. • Assist in the implementation of reengineered processes, ensuring they are correctly configured, tested, and deployed. • Research regulations to identify DOTmLPF-P impacts and recommendations. • Identify measurable and effective KPIs and other metrics. • Perform analysis on business or systems processes to identify SAP implementation and opportunities for process automation, improvement, and increased efficiency and auditability and provide advice and recommendations to perform Fit-to-Standard workshops. • Collaborate with program teams to translate requirements into Agile SAFe user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios Identify required user roles and access for each business process and develop role specific testing scenarios
