Role Description HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE - Own and evolve enterprise-critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle, applying a first-principles mindset to challenge legacy workflows and drive toward simpler, more scalable, and outcome-driven solutions. - Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows across the entire transactional lifecycle. - Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to define automation, system enhancements, and integrations that amplify human performance. - Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues, measure performance, and continuously refine processes—embracing adaptability and iteration as core to delivering sustained impact. - Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation (e.g., SOPs, swim lanes, process narratives) to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and sustained adoption across the organization. - Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into all process design, balancing automation, human amplification, and governance to ensure solutions are both innovative and durable. - Act as a final decision-maker for process design standards within assigned domains, ensuring alignment across business units and systems. - Lead cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and compliance to drive adoption of standardized, enterprise-wide workflows. - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - 8+ years of progressive experience in the functional area with demonstrated ownership of large-scale process transformation initiatives. - Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field preferred.
