Role Description La direction du développement des ressources humaines de l'agglomération du saint quentinois recrute son responsable du pôle Gestion Administrative du personnel. - Répondre aux enjeux en matière d’organisation de l’activité, de sécurisation juridique, d’harmonisation et de simplification des procédures, de démarche d’amélioration continue à impulser, de modernisation des outils, et d’animation d’équipe à professionnaliser. - Coordonner, gérer et contrôler l'ensemble des procédures de gestion administrative du personnel dans le respect des règles statutaires. Description des missions : - Garantir la réalisation des actes administratifs relatifs à la carrière et à la retraite dans le respect des règles statutaires. - Maitriser les process afin de répondre aux enjeux en matière d'organisation. - Coordonner, gérer et contrôler les dispositifs liés à la carrière et à la retraite en étroite collaboration avec le service paie. - Organiser et suivre les différentes instances paritaires (CAP, CCP). - Gérer les procédures disciplinaires. Qualifications - Diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur en matière de ressources humaines. - Expérience exigée en gestion administrative du personnel en collectivité. - Connaissances de l'environnement territorial et du statut indispensables.
