• Apply current, standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria to complete engineering tasks, and support other civil and structural design workflows as necessary on a case-by-case basis • Works closely with and provides guidance to junior engineers • Utilize advanced 2D modeling software such as HEC-RAS 2D, FLO-2D, and InfoWorks ICM to perform hydrologic and hydraulic analyses • Conduct sediment transport analyses and scour calculations to ensure the integrity and sustainability of renewable energy projects • Develops plans, specifications, and observation reports that are complete, accurate and in accordance with sound industry engineering practices • Is technically involved with the resolution of design challenges that may include performing field investigation or observations and when necessary, resolving discrepancies between multiple sources of information • Performs design and reviews of computations and calculations related to the stormwater management design of renewable projects in urban and rural areas • Maintains a value engineering mindset throughout development, design, and construction • Works closely with business and engineering staff across multiple markets and technical disciplines • Works closely with clients to understand nuanced technical needs and identify the best feasible solution(s) • Supports marketing, sales and business development activities within assigned market • Demonstrates a wide degree of out-of-the-box thinking, creativity, and design ownership.

Qualifications - BS Technical Degree - preferred. - Minimum 5+ years relevant experience to role. - Alternate: 8+ years relevant experience to role with AS/no/non-tech degree. - Other Technical Certifications (DQR, CQT, CQE, Audit, etc.) – noteworthy. Requirements - Creation of AS9102- Rev C First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) packages. - Reading and applying Blueprints/GD&T/Other Quality Requirements to task. - Able to aid in inspection planning, gage selection, set-up. - Able to verify inspection data as being accurate and complete to requirements. - Reviewing, comprehending, and compiling technical data. - Entering technical data (FAIR Packages) into forms and systems/retrieving data accurately. - Creating/Reviewing PPAP and/or MRL packages (Noteworthy, but not required). - Prior roles with reporting responsibilities, requirements, metrics. - Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook – daily intermediate user. - Interact with MRP/ERP systems. - Prior demonstrated ability to focus on semi-recurring tasks. - Operating in procedure-based and regulatory controlled environments. - Problem solving.
