Role Description We're looking for a Network Engineer III to join a security remediation team focused on patching and upgrading network devices. This is a great fit for a strong network engineer who doesn't necessarily come from a security background but is comfortable navigating devices, performing upgrades, and working independently. You'll work directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the engagement, so clear, confident communication is essential. - Access and navigate network devices to perform upgrades and patches - Install, configure, and upgrade Cisco routers and switches; execute device changes, upgrades, and replacements - Support vulnerability management and exposure management efforts - Implement and modify complex ACLs to restrict unauthorized access, enforce security policies, and manage network traffic flow (including updating ACLs to filter/restrict ports for public WiFi access) - Create and execute CLI commands and manage IPv4 configurations - Use command line and traceroute to troubleshoot and validate device access - Apply engineered Layer 3/Layer 4 routing architecture across enterprise routing and switching environments - Participate in maintenance windows as needed (occasional, not a regular occurrence) - Work directly with customers and stakeholders throughout the engagement Qualifications - 5-8 years of network engineering experience (NE3 level) - Strong routing and switching experience - Cisco, Juniper, and/or Alcatel - Advanced experience with router and switch configurations and device management - Deep understanding of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, MPLS backbone, wireless, cloud, the OSI model, and network protocols - In-depth understanding of enterprise routing/switching and Layer 3/Layer 4 routing architecture - Experience with managed services platforms - Cisco Meraki, Fortinet - Comfortable with the Meraki/Cisco dashboard and updating ACLs - Self-sufficient, able to work with minimal oversight (no lead experience required) Nice to Have - Experience with Salesforce and/or Jira - ISP background - Certifications: CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA+ Soft Skills - Excellent, clear communication skills - this role works directly with customers Requirements - Must be able to work as a W2 contractor located within the US

• Design, configure, and deploy network solutions including routing, switching, wireless, and WAN technologies • Support rollout of SD-WAN, dual DIA, and branch connectivity solutions • Monitor network health and performance across enterprise environments (branch, DC, cloud) • Troubleshoot and resolve network incidents, including wireless, WAN, and application connectivity issues • Execute changes through established change management processes (ServiceNow) • Create and maintain network diagrams, configurations, and support documentation • Partner with architecture, security, and operations teams to deliver integrated solutions

• Investigate and resolve pharmacy contract non-compliance allegations, including complex and sensitive cases • Conduct outreach to pharmacies to gather information and address identified issues • Analyze claims data and adjudication results to support findings and recommendations • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and other internal teams to coordinate resolution efforts • Prepare detailed written responses for plan sponsors, participants, and internal stakeholders • Address and resolve customer concerns related to network pharmacy performance • Maintain thorough documentation of investigations and outcomes • Manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining accuracy

Role Description This position is responsible for the staging, implementation, operational support, and troubleshooting of the local Comcast LAN environment. The role supports enterprise data, wireless, voice, and video services and serves as an escalation point for complex LAN and wireless issues. The engineer collaborates with internal Comcast customers and cross-functional engineering teams across all business units. Job Responsibilities - Provide advanced engineering support for local LAN services, including data, voice, video, and wireless. - Serve as an escalation resource for complex LAN and wireless connectivity issues. - Perform switchport configuration and VLAN changes; troubleshoot Layer 1 and Layer 2 connectivity issues. - Install, configure, and support network hardware including switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and security tools. - Conduct wireless troubleshooting and surveys using diagnostic tools such as Netscout AirCheck G2. - Proactively identify network issues, trends, and risks and recommend corrective actions. - Partner with Network Engineering and Corporate IT teams during outages, upgrades, and technology refreshes. - Provide remote and on-site smart hands support for engineering initiatives as required. - Maintain accurate documentation of network changes, procedures, and troubleshooting activities. - Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience. - Strong understanding of Layer 2 networking concepts including VLANs, trunking, and spanning tree. - Hands-on experience with Cisco enterprise switching platforms, including Cisco 4510, Cisco 9300, or equivalent. - Working knowledge of structured cabling standards, including Category 6 copper and single-mode/multimode fiber optics. - Experience supporting enterprise wireless networks. - Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a large enterprise or service provider environment. - Familiarity with network monitoring and diagnostic tools (e.g., NetScout). - Exposure to Layer 3 networking fundamentals. - Experience supporting voice and video services over IP networks. - Relevant industry certifications such as CCNA or equivalent. Requirements - 2-5 Years of relevant work experience.
