Zillow
• Own and evolve the end‑to‑end sales tools roadmap using proprietary Zillow data • Build and improve tools for customer‑facing insights on market trends and renter behavior • Lead the AI and automation strategy for sales workflows with Generative AI integration • Define and execute a buy‑vs‑build strategy for the sales technology stack • Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, and other teams to design and launch tools • Evaluate product performance with a data‑driven, user‑centric approach • Identify and prioritize opportunities for efficiency improvements • Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders in a fully remote environment

Power to Decide is seeking a Product Lead to guide, evolve, and expand our portfolio of digital tools, which includes our flagship properties—Bedsider and AbortionFinder—as well as potential new products in development. Reporting directly to the VP of Digital Programs and Education, the Product Lead will manage complex decision-making and balance trade-offs across multiple digital properties, while maintaining Power to Decide’s mission-driven focus in a rapidly changing political and cultural environment.

Working directly with the Department of Defense, Hermeus delivers capabilities that will ensure that our nation, and our allies, maintain an asymmetric advantage over any and all potential adversaries. The Manager of Deployed Operations is responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing operational activities at deployed sites in support of flight test, mission execution, sustainment, or field operations. This role serves as the primary on-site operations lead, ensuring deployed teams, assets, and infrastructure operate safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company objectives. This position requires strong operational leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to execute in fast-paced, high-consequence environments. Responsibilities: Deployed Operations Leadership Lead day-to-day operations at deployed or forward operating locations Serve as the primary on-site authority for operational execution, decision-making, and issue resolution Ensure deployed operations meet schedule, safety, quality, and performance objectives Planning & Execution Execute site surveys of potential deployed sites to include supply chain availability Develop and execute deployment plans to include personnel, Inventory, equipment, logistics, and facilities Coordinate mission readiness, operational timelines, and daily execution plans Manage shift schedules, staffing plans, and operational coverage at deployed sites Cross-Functional Coordination Act as the interface between deployed teams and home-base leadership Coordinate closely with Engineering, Flight Operations, Maintenance, Safety, Security, IT, and Facilities Support mission rehearsals, readiness reviews, and post-mission debriefs Logistics & Site Support Oversee logistics related to deployed operations, including transportation, housing, site access, and vendor coordination Ensure deployed infrastructure, tools, and equipment are available and mission-ready Support setup, sustainment, and teardown of deployed sites Safety, Compliance & Risk Management Enforce safety policies, operational procedures, and risk mitigation plans Ensure compliance with site requirements, customer requirements, and applicable regulations Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in operations, Engineering, Aviation, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 5+ years of experience in operations, mission support, field operations, or deployment-based roles Proven experience leading teams in deployed, remote, or high-tempo environments Strong operational planning, execution skills and problem-solving abilities Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Preferred Skills and Experience: Experience in aerospace, defense, aviation, flight test, or mission operations Prior experience supporting field tests, launches, or expeditionary operations Familiarity with safety management systems and operational risk management Experience working with government, military, or classified programs Ability to operate effectively with limited resources and evolving requirements Must be able to qualify and maintain clearance Working Conditions and Physical Requirements: Significant travel required, including extended periods at deployed locations.
