• Providing professional supervision and developmental support, including advice and guidance to fostering families and working with other professionals where appropriate. • Completing complex assessments of applicants to foster, making appropriate recommendations. • Supporting fostering families to look after children and young people who have experienced trauma. • Undertake fostering reviews, providing high quality, analytical reports and presenting to Panel where appropriate. • Ensure all regulatory body requirements are met. • Enthusiasm for learning and development. • Contributing to an out of hours foster service (this will be done on a rota basis).

• Connect students and families with available community resources to fully develop each person’s individual potential • Implement programs for students and families related to interpersonal adjustment issues • Work with school teams to identify and help families access school and community resources in order to remove barriers to attendance and academic success • Participate in the development of crisis prevention and management plans for the school • Coordinate with teachers to help identify students who are “in crisis” • Report and refer critical incidents that jeopardize student well-being as obligated by law, administrative regulations, or ethical standards • Stay abreast of all state regulations relating to incident reporting and documentation • Act as school homeless liaison • Work with stakeholders to develop social goals and provide virtual social work services to help the student reach these goals

• Utilize clinical expertise to perform psychosocial assessments • Develop and implement care plans in collaboration with care teams • Assess crisis situations and provide clinical counseling • Provide individual and family treatment as indicated • Work collaboratively with patients and healthcare providers

• Help meet the mental health needs of New Yorkers via Telepsychiatry and/or in-person consultations • Conduct sessions with patients of all ages, mainly presenting with depression, anxiety, and interpersonal issues • Collaborate with in-house Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners for medication management as needed
